Customs, duties, and taxes

HiLow Vibes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

HiLow Vibes is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

We offer returns within 30 days of your order. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please email us and we will initiate the return process. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping a return. Please send the return to:

Once the return is received, a full refund (minus shipping costs) will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the return. If this is an exchange, expect your new product within the week of your return.
