PRODUCT INFO - Warning
Inherently - choker necklaces are meant to be worn tightly around the neck, as tight as comfortable and that still permits movement. BE AWARE - certain activities may stretch and bulge the neck muscles putting strain on the nacklace itself. While each choker has been made to be durable and to stretch slightly, too much pressure may snap the chain. This is how they are designed, to ensure the beads remain together. If this happens the chain can be reattached using small pliers, or with tweezers and your fingers.
** Advised to remove during intense physical activity **
TIPS:
1. With a 3" inch extender chain these chokers can be worn at different tightness levels, according to comfortability, neck size and activity level while wearing. Adjust as needed throughout the day.
2. To allow for better movement, simply clasp the necklace a few notches lower than you would for a tight choker.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please email us at HiLowVibes@gmail.com within the first 30 days of your order for a full return (return shipping is on the customer to pay).
However, if the entire necklace does break completely at any point, collect what you can, send me an email and I'd be happy to restring the choker and send it back intact for a small fee.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Shipments occur on Monday and Friday of every week (excluding any major holidays - packages sent the day before if a holiday falls on Monday or Friday). Damages
HiLow Vibes is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
